**Free shipping.** Shipping is free on all orders delivered within the United States.

**Order processing.** We process orders as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

**Delivery times.** Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. The estimated delivery shown at checkout, when available, and your tracking information are the best guide to when your order will arrive.

**Shipping address.** Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

**Duties and taxes.** Where applicable, sales tax is calculated at checkout. Import duties or customs fees, if any, are shown at checkout or may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

**Lost or damaged parcels.** If your parcel is lost, delayed for an unusual time or arrives damaged, email ecomeeuugold@hotmail.com with your order number and we will help.
